Privacy notice for this website
This notice explains how IronSights Pty Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through dnsangel.com. How DNS Angel handles school data inside the product is set out in each school's agreement and on our Security and privacy page.
What we collect
- What you enter in the demo request form: your name, work email address, role, school, and state or territory, plus any optional details you choose to add.
- What you include in emails you send us.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people find and use this website, such as which pages are read and whether a demo was requested. Clarity also records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can see where the website is hard to use; what you type into the demo request form is masked and isn't recorded. Both use cookies and collect details like your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit. We don't use them to identify you, and we don't use advertising cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, or block both by blocking cookies in your browser.
Why we collect it
- To arrange and run your demo, and to follow up about DNS Angel.
- If you tick the box asking about your school's wider cyber security, to contact you about IronSights' other services.
If you don't give us the required details, we may not be able to arrange a demo.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We use service providers to run this website, to deliver the emails your request creates, and to measure how the website is used (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity). They only handle your information to provide that service to us, and some of them, including Google and Microsoft, may process it outside Australia.
Access, correction and questions
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@dnsangel.com. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please tell us first and we'll respond. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
